2025.9.15-16 - election results - New Board Directors elected by # of votes: Marion Sailor (60), David Williams (51), and Krystal Moore (48).

2025.9.16 - Krystal’s post election email expressing satisfaction with the new Board Director results.

2025.9.17 - Krystal’s text complaining that “David voted for Marion to be president… and [she] saw that as a backstab” and later calls him a “snake.”

2025.10.24 - The Board announces via email a Special Meeting scheduled for November 6, 2025 for the purpose of removing Krystal Moore as Director for "hostile and/or inappropriate communications under the capacity as a Director."

2025.11.4 - Krystal’s email encourages homeowners NOT to attend the Special Meeting to support her instead, while referencing the Board's concerns as "petty drama or nonsense." She further blames others for various issues.

Krystal texts Board member(s) stating Do not “use my name in any way, include me on the Secretary of State filing, mention my name in any of your correspondence” and further states Do not state “the board” as if I am associated or affiliated with either of you. Do not copy me on your emails, do not call. Do not text.

5. Krystal sends David’s employer Cease and Desist further stating, “I will be immediately consulting with an attorney to institute legal proceedings against Northside Hospital if this employee is not reprimanded and immediately terminated…” She also calls David a “racist sympathizer”

2025.12.23 - Krystal sends Basketball Petition email to petition to change bylaws for basketball hoops unilaterally without Board approval and encourages parents, “so, if one is on your kids’ wishlist, don’t skip it, this year.” 2 days before Christmas.

2026.1.3 - Rebecca Trimm's FB Discussion regarding Krystal’s Basketball emails - Rebecca took to FB to have an open discussion regarding Krystal’s basketball petition suggesting an alternative of re-purposing one of the tennis courts into a basketball court instead.

2026.1.2-8 - Krystal’s Email Response against Rebecca’s FB Post. Krystal is condescending towards homeowners that spoke against the petition in the 1/6/2026 email. Rebecca also requests Krystal stop using the HOA Board Member 1 email but requests NOT to be removed.

2026.1.6 - Rebecca’s FB Post response to Krystal's email to raise awareness for her behaviors to encourage voting with knowledge from the community regarding the upcoming election to replace her as she also re-submitted a candidacy form.

2026.1.7 - Homeowner's FB post expressing confusion surrounding Krystal’s continued access to HOA emails after her removal. Krystal texts admitting she “created [the gmail account] privately for [her] use” back on September 27, 2025.

2026.1.22 - Krystal’s email ahead of the new election for her replacement claiming she was “defamed” while falsely claiming only “32 votes to remove her” despite the results showing 43/49 votes to remove. She further claims she received an “overwhelming outpour of support from the community”

2026.1.22 - Rebecca’s FB Post response to Krystal’s email stating it’s not “defamation” when there’s evidence of her behaviors and she attached the Special Meeting packet to encourage homeowners to vote with knowledge in the upcoming election.

2026.1.23 - Krystal emails Rebecca Cease and Desist and also includes her husband despite his lack of involvement, to retaliate claiming “harassment, cyberbullying, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy” to silence dissent.

2026.1.23-29 - January Election Candidates Online Voting concludes but Krystal makes legal threats and is instead reinstated as a Board Member due to insufficient homeowner participation during the November Special Meeting.

2026.1.28 - Krystal’s Cease and  Desist  against David Williams and Marion Sailor (personally AND as Trustee, as well as the Trust of Marion E. Sailor) and Beacon Management Services

2026.2.20 - Current - After being reinstated, Krystal assumed oversight of the Maintenance Committee. Despite Argeon's written interest to remain on the committee; she was excluded. After Krystal made claims that "she works all the time with the committee members," David asks Rebecca if Star has met with Krystal (This exchange is screenshotted and forwarded to Argeon for verification) and Argeon confirms that she has been omitted. Text exchange also reveals that Krystal won't tell the Board when these supposed meetings took place. With maintenance-related matters slowing, members of the Finance Committee began taking on additional responsibilities, such as obtaining vendor quotes for maintenance projects. Argeon has now joined the Finance Committee, instead.

2026.2.21 - Krystal solicits evidence regarding recent community vandalism. Marion’s vandalism email Krystal requests information while excluding other Board members from her email while Marion encourages homeowners to file police reports directly, based upon police counsel to avoid community speculation, and includes ALL Board members and homeowners in her email.

2026.2.26 - Krystal’s email announced HER meeting 2 days ahead of the Official Board's meeting. Her email "require[s] that all videos be on," while belittling the other Board members and dismissing their concerns.

2026.2.26 - Rebecca’s FB Post response to Krystal’s email after it appears the her household was implicated by someone referencing the “HOA Meeting” to police officers. Due to the implication, Rebecca asked the Board about evidence and was told Krystal wasn’t sharing any information she received.

2026.3.1 - Krystal’s email to include zoom link - Despite her previous email claiming this meeting was for EVERYONE, she deliberately removed at least, Rebecca Trimm, Rebecca’s husband, and Argeon’s emails without their authorization. All Krystal’s emails are FORWARDED to Rebecca from here on out despite her previous email from January requesting NOT to be removed.

2026.3.1 - Krystal’s Meeting was recorded and reveals evidence of: (1) A homeowner threatening violence against anyone suspicious near his home, referencing his military status and that he carries. (2) A homeowner revealed that Krystal told them, “you said you are the one who has to address it, issues to the Board as if the Board is not listening.” (3) Krystal claims the reasons issues haven’t been fixed is because “people aren’t able to speak at Board Meetings and people are talking At Us.” (4) Krystal reveals having seen some of the footage and is aware of what officers have seen. (5) A homeowner says to Krystal “And I think you’ve been clear on why you know it might be tough to share the information, the person might could be on the call with us and that could be something that aides them in knowing how to avoid being captured,” implying that the person responsible was a fellow Homeowner. (6) Krystal reveals her intentions to attend the Board meeting in 2 days to address these issues. (recording isn’t publicly posted due to privacy)

2026.3.3 - The Official Board Meeting was open to the community and lasted 2.5 hours long with homeowners expressing their concerns within the chat box regarding Krystal’s communications during the meeting.

2026.3.21 - Rebecca’s email request to reinstate access to HOA emails after being removed. Krystal continues to omit Rebecca on future HOA emails.

2026.4.14 - Beacon sends email regarding Board Resolution with Interim Executive Committee and Signed Resolution attachments.

2026.4.15 - Krystal’s Resolution response email that attaches a screenshot text including a criminal record reference to a Board member’s familial connection that has no affiliation to the HOA, causing unnecessary reputational harm.

2026.4.5-15 - Krystal sends community email requesting Graduation sign up and re-circulates basketball petition since the previous attempt “didn’t gain much traction.”

2026.4.17 - Homeowner’s "opt out" request not honored as homeowner was included on Krystal’s email with attached criminal record reference.

2026.4.21 - Beacon Graduation Email - The Board tries to celebrate the graduates.

2026.4.21 - Krystal’s response to the Board’s Graduation email makes it clear they are divided while belittling the Board's efforts. Graduation Banner information isn’t shared with the Board.

2026.4.22-30 - Krystal responds to Rebecca regarding having a Graduate, but redirects communications to another homeowner, claiming she’s on the Social Events Committee to avoid communicating directly. The Social Events Committee hasn’t been launched so claims regarding the committee's function and Krystal’s actions over the committee are evidence of unilateral behaviors.

2026.5.8 - Krystal’s email alleges $19.5k in legal fees to date, “6. Legal Expenditures: To date, over $19,500 of HOA funds has been spent on attorney fees primarily to exclude a board member for personal reasons. 2026.5.8 - Homeowner’s FB Post Response to Krystal’s email sparking community discussion regarding legal fees costing the entire community.

2026.5.11 - Krystal’s email regarding the graduation banner being up while she credits herself for paying for it, but then schedules future events months in advance without Board approval and continues to solicit volunteers to help her.

2026.5.11 - Rebecca’s FB Post in response to Krystal’s email taking credit for the Graduation banners after excluding the Board’s involvement and scheduling events out until October without Board involvement causing a petition discussion to Unite the community to Vote For Krystal’s Removal.
