2026.2.20 - Current - After being reinstated, Krystal assumed oversight of the Maintenance Committee. Despite Argeon's written interest to remain on the committee; she was excluded. After Krystal made claims that "she works all the time with the committee members," David asks Rebecca if Star has met with Krystal (This exchange is screenshotted and forwarded to Argeon for verification) and Argeon confirms that she has been omitted. Text exchange also reveals that Krystal won't tell the Board when these supposed meetings took place. With maintenance-related matters slowing, members of the Finance Committee began taking on additional responsibilities, such as obtaining vendor quotes for maintenance projects. Argeon has now joined the Finance Committee, instead.

2026.2.21 - Krystal solicits evidence regarding recent community vandalism. Marion’s vandalism email Krystal requests information while excluding other Board members from her email while Marion encourages homeowners to file police reports directly, based upon police counsel to avoid community speculation, and includes ALL Board members and homeowners in her email.

2026.2.26 - Krystal’s email announced HER meeting 2 days ahead of the Official Board's meeting. Her email "require[s] that all videos be on," while belittling the other Board members and dismissing their concerns.

All Krystal’s emails are FORWARDED to Rebecca from here on out despite her previous email from January requesting NOT to be removed.

2026.3.1 - Krystal’s Meeting was recorded and reveals evidence of: (1) A homeowner threatening violence against anyone suspicious near his home, referencing his military status and that he carries. (2) A homeowner revealed that Krystal told them, “you said you are the one who has to address it, issues to the Board as if the Board is not listening.” (3) Krystal claims the reasons issues haven’t been fixed is because “people aren’t able to speak at Board Meetings and people are talking At Us.” (4) Krystal reveals having seen some of the footage and is aware of what officers have seen. (5) A homeowner says to Krystal “And I think you’ve been clear on why you know it might be tough to share the information, the person might could be on the call with us and that could be something that aides them in knowing how to avoid being captured,” implying that the person responsible was a fellow Homeowner. (6) Krystal reveals her intentions to attend the Board meeting in 2 days to address these issues. (recording isn’t publicly posted due to privacy)
